By using Open Sezami ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Description of Service

Open Sezami is a parental control app that allows parents to manage their children's screen time by requiring task completion before app access is granted. The App uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings) to shield and unshield apps on paired devices.

Subscription

Open Sezami requires a paid subscription to use. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms for auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of managing screen time within your own family. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose device is managed through the App.

Disclaimer

The App relies on Apple's Screen Time APIs, which may have limitations. We do not guarantee that app shielding will work in all circumstances. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Sezami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
